Bulldogwood Properties Builds homes, cabins and light commercial buildings. We are committed to using the most advanced building methods available and maintaining cost effective living for our clients. We build all types of construction from log homes, PolySteel® Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF's) and conventional. We build everything from cabins to large complicated homes.

In our quest to find and build with the best methods and materials, we decided to buy our supplier, and now own the distributorship for Towns, Union, Fannin and Gilmer counties for PolySteel® insulating concrete forms or ICF's.

We currently have three communities for sale that were developed by our companies. They include Deerfield Estates, Mossy Rock and Old Birch Bend phase III.

Our efforts are marketed through Ford Realty and Overland Trails Log Homes , a Heritage Log Home dealer.
